Please read our terms and conditions carefully. Purchasing Lizzy B products on line, by post and on the phone from us means you agree to them.
Order confirmation
Your completed on-line order form will be emailed to us. An email acknowledging and confirming your order will be sent to you within 48 hours, enabling you to check the details of your order.
If you decide to pay via PayPal by credit card you will be taken to PayPal's secure server to complete your payment. If you opted to pay by cheque then your completed order form should also be printed and posted to us by you, enclosing your payment cheque, made payable to Clickspice Ltd.

Prices and availability
Prices are as shown on our website. All prices are fully inclusive and inclusive of packaging and standard postage for all UK inland addresses. For all other addresses you will be notified of any additional postage charges in advance of your order being despatched.
Any changes to listed prices will be amended on our website as soon as possible. We reserve the right to amend our pricing without notice. Any changes affecting your order would be confirmed to you in your order acknowledgement.
If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, we will contact you by email and offer the chance to change or cancel your order.
Delivery
All orders are packed and posted to you using standard Royal Mail or Parcelforce services.
We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible once your full payment has been received. Our aim is to despatch your order within 48 hours of us receiving full payment.
To allow for events outside our control, please allow between 5 and 10 working days for receipt of your order. We will make every effort to ensure delivery within these timescales but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If you have not received your goods by 30 days after your order was received by us, please contact us by phone or email in order for us to arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns and refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately by phone. Due to the nature of our products, refunds can only be made if you can return items to us as follows:
In their original packaging with proof of purchase
Within 7 days of receipt
In a saleable condition
Intact, undamaged and unopened with all security seals intact
If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund of the fully inclusive price. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us and to arrange and pay for the return postage to us.
Clickspice Ltd accept no liability for returned goods that are lost in transit and /or damaged in transit. We regret that no refund will be made for any damaged items. All refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt.
Cancelling an order
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. You have up to seven working days from receipt of your goods to cancel an order. All orders cancelled within this time will be refunded in full. It is essential that all items are returned to us in an acceptable condition (see returns and refunds) in order to qualify for a refund.
All orders cancelled before goods have been despatched will be refunded in full
Due to the nature of our products, any opened items do not qualify for a refund.
